Nathan Yee, Staff Writer and Copy Editor

Nathan Yee is a student writer for Birdwatch news at McAuliffe Middle School. He is currently in the eighth grade and is from Weaver Elementary. He takes journalism during his 6th period. Next year he plans to attend Los Alamitos High school as an incoming freshman. He was born in Long Beach, California and grew up in Cypress for the majority of his life. He spends most of his free time binge-watching shows like “Naruto” or “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.” When he was asked what he wanted to be when he grows up, he responded that he wanted to be a hematologist. Nathan joined journalism to try something new and improve his writing skills.
