‘Tis the season of McAuliffe’s winter dance! This year it is being called the Candyland Festival. To ensure that this dance will be something all grade levels will enjoy, all of the Candyland Festival activities, food, music, and decorations will be coordinated by your ASB! It will be celebrated on Friday, December 13, after school from 3:10 PM-4:30 PM and the ticket price is $5. With your ticket, you will receive a candy bag for the candy bar layout and a frosted treat. But, note that you must buy your ticket before the day of the dance. On the ticket, you will need a parent’s signature. The festival is going to be held both inside and outside the MPR, and all grade levels are welcome to attend. This year’s activities are even more exciting than the last and will include a photo booth, a movie room, and a 3-in-1 sports inflatable (containing softball, basketball, and football.) We have also hired an awesome DJ, so everyone make sure to dance your heart out. There will also be a Crumbl raffle drawing, giant lawn games (Jenga, cornhole, connect four), board games on some lunch tables, ping pong tables, and a chill zone on the other lunch tables. All these activities will ensure a great time, so buy your tickets soon!
