Day 21:
The past 21 days here at school have changed me into what I think is a better person. Fully charged helped me to let go on some grudges I was holding about people in my family. I sent a forgiving note and the conflict was resolved. Fully charged also helped me become more grateful of my family and pets. On the day: whats in your heart, I put on my paper all the things I loved. I put it in my locker so whenever I open it, even if I’m drained, I feel a little bit more Fully charged.
Overall I think that this challenge has increased my mental and physical health.I hope there is another 21 day challenge next year. Even if there is not, I will keep practicing these helpful practices so I am always fully charge.
