The “Riverdale” Season 4 premiere was a smash hit. It raised the eyebrows of over 1.14 million teenagers and young adults. Fans watched in shock as the season began on October 9, 2019.

In the tear-provoking first episode of “Riverdale” the great Luke Perry’s character, Fred Andrews, was killed off. This was due to the real-life passing of Perry on March 4th, 2019. The episode was a tribute to the late actor. Perry was only 52 years old and died due to his second stroke. Sixth-grader Isabella Leon-Huber stated, “This was a shock to me. He was my favorite character. The show isn’t the same without him.”

As Season 4 begins, everything appears to be quiet in the town of Riverdale. Viewers think the farm has vanished, Hiram Lodge is in jail, and the Riverdale gang plans their last summer together as they get ready to head off to college. Riverdale seems to be back to normal. However, little did we know that Betty, played by actress Lili Reinhart, is secretly working with her brother Charles, played by Wyatt Nash, who is an FBI agent, to track down the farm. You’ll have to tune in to find out what happens next.
