Fortnite: A New Beginning
November 8, 2019
After going in the dark and leaving players in question, Fortnite Season 10 has ended and returned as Fortnite Chapter 2.
Fortnite Battle Royale is an online video game where players fight against each other in combat to be the last one standing. Normally, each gamer can choose if they want to play solo, squads or duos. You could also add friends and play as a team to achieve a Victory Royale. This competitive section adds a tensity to avoid being caught in the eye of the storm which shrinks after three minutes. If caught, you lose health every second.
On October 14th, 2019, Fortnite’s last season black hole was a highly viewed gaming event. In the game, a meteor crashed into the map causing the black hole to form. The black hole was then sucked into the map and destroyed everything. The game was offline for two straight days and millions of players were left watching the broadcast of an image of a black hole. After Epic Games shut it down, Fortnite players didn’t know what was to come next.
Fortnite Chapter 2 now has a new map and includes swimming, fishing, weapons, and achievements. Due to the downfall of Fortnite, every match adds bots for 100 players to be included in the game. It is free to download and offers V-Bucks for customization and progression. The game is available on game systems such as Xbox One, Playstation Four, and Nintendo Switch.
Kadar Stewart, an avid Fortnite player attending Canarelli Middle School, was furious when he heard Fortnite was shut down. “The first thing that came to my mind was, ‘Oh god if they don’t give me my money back.'” Despite the temporary absence of the game, he likes the new update that allows you to swim. Stewart also suggested, “Maybe make more vehicles like cars and stuff you can drive or scuba gear so you can’t drown underwater.”
The online game has changed over time and is continuing to improve by the minute.

My hopes and dreams were crushed when I saw “Fortnite” in the title.
Other than that, the article was strangely interesting. I don’t like Fortnite, and I’ve never played it even once.

does that mean that I can finally get back on Fortnite and play a decent match without losing instantly? Can I finally stop camping? (I like camping but it gets boring sometimes, I want to do stuff for a change) Also, does Fortnite delete your account if you do not use it for too long? I need to know these things.
